Many moons version of kinja ago we would regularly share our speedtests. Well... I just found out Comcrap bumped my download speed up and that brought me back to those days. So, show us what you've got.
Here's mine:
I sustain download speeds of 150+ Megabits per second (I prefer to say 20 Megabytes per second, because it's easier to quantify). The upload speeds suck, and that makes me miss living on the east coast and having FiOS. But hey, I'm not complaining... Don't ask me about the customer service though. Yeah, comcast sucks but at least I get decent speeds.

I hate you. And it's only this fast because we don't have nine people on the internet. Normally I only get 4-5 Mb/s down.

Something must be wrong with the cellphone network here now, it's usually slightly faster than this.. and the upload is atrocious right now. Oh well, still good enough for streaming netflix.

Faster than 64% of US sounds terrible! Your results compared with mine lead to some pretty odd conclusions.

Work:
My home ISP is AT&T U-Verse; we get 12/1.5 at the house.

When Uverse came to the area I was living in back in 08 I was psyched.... it showed so much promise. Fiber to the node seemed like a huge step forward. But the speeds never seemed to pan out. While I hate to give them too much credit, Comcast's ability to get the speeds they offer over copper has made them the best value.

Yeah ATT completely saturated their markets when they brought in their fiber to the node. The copper lines cannot handle that much signal, and they very likely need to add more connections/switches/nodes (I don't work in IT) to the central node anyway. We were one of the first on our block to get it and it was really freaking fast for a while, now though it sucks. Even with 12 MBps I can barely play over XBL while my wife streams Netflix at the same time.
I wish I knew networking better, because I am fairly certain that ATT is also throttling XBL ever so slightly. I never used to have connections issues, but now it is not uncommon for it to drop while I am playing.
But as ever, actually investing in their network would hurt their profits, and someone has to look after all those filthy-rich a-holes at the top.
TL;DR FUCK YOU TELCO. Title II NOW!!!

Current Campus Wifi. Generally my Ethernet speeds are a bit better. I actually thought this was bad...until I saw some of the other responses.

I'm at work, Ping: 49ms, Down:13.24Mbps, Up:0.03Mbps
Also, my company is big enough that it is its own ISP, so im pretty sure the slow speeds are on purpose.

@Home - my office bandwidth is slightly slower on paper, but it's dedicated fiber.

Damn! Wish I had upload speeds half as good as that.... I suspect my ISP offers such low speeds to discourage home servers/file sharing.

There's a large data center about a block from here. I'm pretty sure most businesses around here (either huge warehouses or large office buildings) have a fiber connection direct to them and use them as their ISP.

It's about 136 down, 43 up at my school. Here is my home:
Best I've ever gotten is 49 down.

I get 3 down and 1.5 up at home, and it makes me want to choke a puppy. At peak times at night I cannot stream video without buffering constantly.

Okay, so I'm kind of cheating here (my work network has a direct 10 Gb uplink to the Internet2 backbone), but it's still pretty cool.

This seems crappy but it's about four times better than what we had when we used Verizon DSL.
EDIT: Funny, I tried it again with a different server and got this:
